He possesses an uncanny ability to unearth one’s strengths while at the same time quickly assessing an organization’s toughest problems through his thoughtful, intuitive and inquisitive manner. Decades of client engagements and direct executive relationships have shaped and informed his leadership transformation methodology.

Geoff resides in Bend, Oregon with his family and continually pushes his personal performance thresholds via cycling, mountain biking, hiking and snowboarding throughout the Cascade mountain range.
